Who can get a refund?

| These simple guidelines determine if you can get a refund : 1- Refunds can only be granted to Corporations 2- Your business must be located outside the country you are seeking a VAT refund from. 3- You do not have offices in the respective countries you are seeking VAT refunds from. 4- The purpose of your expenses was completely business related, such as the promotion of your services, or the attendance of a trade show. 5- Your Corporation must be a legal entity in your own country, proof of registration with your local government is required. The invoices used for the VAT claims also has country specific requirements. Each country also has their set of rules as to what type of expense is eligible, various deadlines and procedure rules and regulations. |
